1. Planning and Studying

   Whereas we've seen many programmers who rush in and start coding utilizing RAD or some other fast-paced program to development, we prefer to study and carefully document everything (literally everything) in a systematic, scientific approach. This avoids mistakes and makes sure both the client and programmers are on the same page.

2. Brainstorming

   We develop a plan and a method of attack using our ol' noggins. Each problem and situation is very unique, so we avoid one-size-fits-all solutions in favor of creating and generating procedures and ideas specific for your organization. We want to work WITH you to gain the best ideas possible.

3. Code and Test (and Test)

   The next step is to spend some time in front of a computer screen and start coding! We develop code that is modular and easy to maintain. Then, once we're ready, we start picking it apart and trying to break it. After that, you get to try to break it! All the while we're making changes and updates.

4. Set it Free

   Once everyone is happy, we let the code go. We'll turn it over to you or help you get it in place (or even in some cases help you migrate your systems/processes into the new software).

Case In Point: Happy Client - Rental Property Screening (RPS)

RPS screens applicants for rental properties to weed out bad invesetments, and they were mostly using FAX to transmit information. We designed a system for them taht is completely self-contained, online, and secure. Now, they save not only a ton of money on paper/faxing but also a ton of time translating and transcribing documents.

Their business has also increased as they are able to attract clientele that wanted online access to tenant screening. And tree huggers everywhere can rejoice because no paper records are being created - everything is accessible online!
